We are a neighborhood that is governed by Covenants and Restrictions. The Nottinghill Property Owners Association is comprised of 192 individually owned home sites, located in the Golden Isles of Brunswick, Georgia. The association was formed in 1987. We own and maintain Bayswater Lake, which is a 54.47 acre lake and the Crown Jewel of Nottinghill. It is stocked with many types of fish and perfect for enjoying a nice day on the water with your family and friends. In addition to Bayswater Lake, the association owns 2 smaller lakes, a community picnic pavilion and a boat ramp that our residents enjoy.

Area students attend C.B. Greer Elementary School, Needwood Middle School and Brunswick High School.

We own and maintain Bayswater Lake, which is a 54.47 acre lake and the Crown Jewel of Nottinghill. It is stocked with many types of fish and perfect for enjoying a nice day on the water with your family and friends. We encourage property owners and their guests to obtain a catch & release process while fishing in all Nottinghill Lakes.
